AvisSoft has more than twenty years experience in developing software especially around popular accounting systems like Sage and Pegasus. AvisSoft has developed products for a large number of clients to their requirements and for general sale to the public.
During the 80’s and early 90’s the company had many products around Pegasus Senior and was known as PegLink. Since then, Pegasus has moved on to Opera; the company was renamed Avis Software in 1995 and has developed products around Sage Payroll, Sage Line 50, Sage Tetra, Pegasus Opera and Pegasus Opera32.
We have developed software for vertical markets such as Pharmaceutical Ordering Systems, Catering Hire Systems, Home Rental systems, Magazine Reader Response Systems, GP Clinical and Fund holder Systems.
We also develop web sites using the latest technologies to deliver database-driven dynamic pages to an end-user web browser. Two examples of web sites developed by us include Rayners Catering Equipment Hire and Quorum Training Ltd.
We have developed Offline Browser Technology that the user can run while not connected to the Internet to prepare, for example, offline orders. About 1000 pharmacies in the UK are using this software to place orders with Colorama Pharmaceuticals every day.
